Color Explosion by IngoSchobert Color Explosion by IngoSchobert
This Japanese Maple for sure had a great color. I had to sneak into somebody's yard to get the shot (saw the tree from the street when driving by).

Let me know if you like this one better or this one here:

Thanks for looking, your comments are welcome (and desired),

i definitely love this orange one better than the red one. it is one of the most beautiful trees i have ever seen! the trees here in my part of oklahoma dont turn such lovely colors very often, to hot maybe.

would it be possible for me to get a copy big enough for my desktop wallpaper?

sorry i have only commented on this one picture, i have faved way to many from your gallery to comment on them all lol. you are a wonderful photographer! :)

Wait until later this year, the tree may turn out that way again and I hope to shoot it at that time.

Yes, it was edited, like sharpened and level adjustments, and probably saturation. But the color of this tree is - for a short time per year - very orangy. Also, keep in mind that there is bright sunshine falling on the leaves. I hope to capture this tree soon again, so far this year the leaves are rather greenish still.

This tree looks too intensely gorgeous to be real. I thought it was a painting at first! Great photo, you captured the color perfectly.

Man, now I want a whole yard full of these.

I think they grow rather slowly, so it would take a while to fill up your yard ;)

Thank you very much,

For some reason, my tree is looking a bit dull this year. Maybe it's because the weather is so hot, here. I hope for the best!
