Well I am curious, the nine pictures, were they all of the exact same scene? Did you overlay them? How did you make one smooth image out of nine?

PhotoShop CS 3 has a feature that stitches photos, but yes, when you take thm you have to overlay, I usually try a third.

That is something I'd like to know to. It's got to do with locking the white balance somehow, though I tried and failed. I'd like to have some step-by-step guide for that. Perhaps IngoEs knows some good online resource?

I agree, this would be really useful. I guess I am having a hard time picturing which sort of pics you decided would make such a fantastic final shot. Nine is a lot to know that they would mesh together so well.
