I remember the time
when Fall was upon me

I love images like this because they bring about a magical feeling. Having a long exposure time often makes the image over exposed. But by finding the right ISO and aperture settings can create this magical effect that you have done -F/22 and ISO 100
I really like the focal points of this image. The soft waterfall is at the top and the flow of the water brings us down to a very different contrast. The river has very dark, sharp and rugged rocks in it which reflect the erosion which this soft waterfall does. But the softness of the waterfall makes us think 'how can such a pretty thing do this?' which sort of brings us out of this magical/ fairy feeling we get from the softness and back into the real world.
I love how you have captured this image and give us, the viewers a magical moment and take us out of reality.
Well done
