I prefer B because the branches are so much more complex. :)

They're both wonderful, so it was hard to chose, but I like A better. :3

B because of the large branch thrusting up from the bottom. Just like lightning, it forks and spreads itself throughout the picture to give a sense of vitality. Plus the stark contrast between dark brown and orange makes B feel that much more powerful.

B is more vibrant, the angle to me is better, the branches really make the photo in that one

Hm,

Only one has been in a poll before - the other one was uploaded to DA only yesterday.

Check out my earlier polls, there may have been a similar one where I went head to head with my friend Paula,

And sorry to bore you :(

a)hhhhh can't really explain. Really not sure. Just a slight edge, based on a more logical and clearer view of what the photo is about, verses the other one? I missed the majority by a mile on this one, huh. Hmmmm, wonder why.

Maybe your brain is wired to analyze and not to dream

Well, I've always been extremely analytical, but believe me, I dream... way too much. I think my brain was wired for both. And the fact that before my stroke in my 30s I was a good deal ambidextrous, might explain a lot of why/what I would/could do, too. :) I'm more analytical nowadays, because dreams just don't help me in my survival or recovery, and sometimes hurt too much, especially after reality kicks in again. :(

b) because it towers over me and involves me with the dark branches drawing me in. I like being drawn in and feeling like I'm interacting with it.

a) is lovely and really shows the neat shape of the leaves and the fullness of the tree but it doesn't draw me in like b)

The way the composition is cut diagonally in "Entangled" is way more interesting and appealing to me. Jus' sayin'.

I think both are beautiful but, to me, B is the clear winner. I love the angle and the dark tree branching through it is beautiful contrast.
